About membership:
- OIWC membership runs from September to June, each September you must renew your membership and pay the membership dues.
- Please note: You may attend 2 luncheons prior to becoming a member. Only once you become a member can you be assigned to a Culture Group.
How to sign up using a drop box:

- Click on membership form link below
- Download to your computer and open.
- Print the form and fill out.
- Place dues of ¥5,000 in an envelope along with application. Write your name and contact number on the outside of the envelope. You may bring envelope to the Welcome Tea, any luncheon or drop off at designated drop box location (see drop box locations).
- Please use a separate envelope if also RSVPing for a luncheon.

From Gate 3: Drive approximately 5km on Douglas take immediate left after passing Base Chapel 1 into Arnold Terrace. 2nd house on left.
From Gate 2: Take Kuter until it ends. Merge left onto Douglas. Drive approximately 2km. Take immediate left after passing Base Chapel 1 into Arnold Terrace. 2nd house on left.

1. From the McT gate make an immediate right
2. Go straight and the house is on the right.
Please deposit into red locked box labeled OIWC - use a separate envelope for RSVPs and Membership Applications.

- Put cash inside a sealed envelope.
- Label the outside of the envelope with your name, contact number, what and who you are paying for as well as culture group name.
- Include exact amount in US dollars for on-base luncheons or Japanese Yen for off-base luncheons; all excess will be donated.
- Place enveloped into red lock box labeled OIWC at one of the below locations. DO NOT leave envelope if this box is not present.
- Cancellations for luncheons made after the deadline will result in loss of money (see Cancellation Policy above).
